HYPER VALLEY CRUSHER
Graphics - sunteam_paul and sunteam_ian
Why does every beginner want to make a massive role-playing game? I don't know but we were no exception. When Don Don Land was in its later stages, ideas began for a classic overhead RPG. We started to plot out a story and game areas, working out how they would be gradually opened as you play. The name shifted from Eiya initially, to Hyper Valley Crusher, which sounded more cool-Japanese-weird. A lot of the graphics were based on Ys and other RPGs of the time. The game never started the programming stage though.

This was just a mock up done in Dpaint. It looks remarkably like Ys which sunteam_ian and myself were massive fans of.
